Professor Manny Galvan is a lifelong martial artist, instructor, school owner and mentor from Brownsville, Texas. He teaches Traditional Tae Kwon Do, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing, with an emphasis on practical self-defense first, through seminars, workshops, private lessons and instructor development, in English or Spanish.

Manny owns Galvan’s Martial Arts, where he is Head Master, and directs its Gracie Humaitá Jiu-Jitsu program. Over the years he has developed instructors, built competitive programs, and helped thousands of students and families experience the benefits of martial arts. His wife, Martha Galvan, is a huge part of who he is and what he does.
